Rhino ArmaFloor 500AU Polyaspartic floor coating (10ltr & 40ltr kits) is a two-component, rapid curing, hybrid polyurea (polyaspartic) coating system designed as a durable, fast Install, rapid return to service
system which is easy to maintain and looks great. Due to the product’s aliphatic chemistry, it can withstand UV exposure without the colour shift seen with other coating systems such as epoxies.

The Armafloor 500AU is a corrosion protection coating system that is non-yellowing and has excellent overall weathering capabilities. It can be rolled, brushed on or spray applied. With the addition of flake chips to add texture, tint flecked for decorative purposes or quartz granules for slip resistance this high-performance floor coating is the ultimate solution for residential and commercial flooring applications.

CRS3000 – Designer Concrete Coatings Concrete Resurfacing System

CRS3000 is a spray-on cementitious based polymer modified 2-part concrete resurfacing system. CRS3000 produces simulated paving bricks, tiles and bushrock on existing plain concrete surfaces. CRS3000 achieves excellent compressive, tensile and flexural strength, extremely high abrasion resistance, textured slip-resistant decorative surfaces are features of the CRS3000 concrete resurfacing system.

CRS3000 is tested suitable as a decorative wear surface placed on existing plain concrete pavements used for pathways, roadways, driveways, internal flooring and pool surrounds provided that the structural integrity of the underlying pavements is sound.

Transforms plain concrete pavement surfaces. Colours and stencil patterns replicate traditional brick, tile and stone surfaces. Header courses, rosettes, logos and custom features enhance appeal and add value.

Saves cost of removal and reinstatement of plain concrete pavements.

CRS3000 thickness is approximately 2-3mm creating minimal impact on pavement design loading and existing pavement levels.
Easily applied to large or small areas.

Plain concrete can be placed early on in construction of commercial projects for safe and effective access. Then CRS3000 can be applied nearing completion.

Service life expectation in excess of 20 years, dependant upon the abrasion to which the surface is subjected and, as is the case for all paving, dependent on exposure conditions and maintenance.

NuPool Epoxy

NuPool Epoxy is an isocyanate-free, high build gloss epoxy coating that is impervious to water and moisture. Formulated specifically for new bare concrete and fibreglass pools and recoating of aged 2 pack epoxy coated concrete and fibreglass swimming pools. NuPool Epoxy provides excellent resistance to scuffing, abrasion as well as protection against fatty oils, alkali, acid and efflorescence. It is available in 13 standard colours.

NuPool Chlorinated Rubber

NuPool Chlorinated Rubber is a single pack solvent based system designed to provide excellent resistance to oils, salts, fats and grease providing similar performance to traditional 2 pack coating systems that are unsuitable for repainting chlorinated rubber coated surfaces.

Note: NuPool Chlorinated Rubber MUST NOT be applied to existing epoxy coatings. Determine the composition of the existing coating PRIOR TO commencement of works

Nutech Aqua Stop Silicon Sealer is a single pack water based concrete, masonry and terracotta sealer has been developed for alkaline and non alkaline building materials to impart water repellency to absorbent materials.

The sealer is water dilutable and produces rapid surface water repellency producing a beading effect within a few hours and complete curing within 24 hours.

EPiC Epoxy 500 (2 Pack Epoxy)

Is a two pack solvent based epoxy which provides excellent protection against petrol, oils and fats, alkali and efflorescence on concrete and steel surfaces. It has a high resistance to corrosion and abrasion and is impervious to water and moisture.
